No va ser f\u00e0cil obtindre una maduresa fen\u00f2lica \u00f2ptima en totes les parcel\u00b7les a causa de les altes temperatures de finals de juliol i primers d&#8217;agost, utilitzem m\u00e9s ra\u00efm sencer i macerem molt suau. Vermell s&#8217;elabora amb el ra\u00efm que tenim en la part m\u00e9s baixa de la nostra finca en les Alcusses. All\u00ed el s\u00f2l \u00e9s m\u00e9s f\u00e8rtil i els rendiments m\u00e9s alts i aix\u00f2 ens permet obtindre un vi molt assequible per\u00f2 amb car\u00e0cter. Fem una verema m\u00e9s avan\u00e7ada per a posar l&#8217;accent en la fruita roja fresca. La maceraci\u00f3 curta i suau a baixa temperatura ens ajuda a evitar pesadesa i fa el vi m\u00e9s fluid i f\u00e0cil de beure.
