Al gener, m\u00e9s de 50 litres, gran part d\u2019ells durant tres dies i en forma de neu. El 18 de mar\u00e7 ens sorprenia amb una nevada que va cobrir de blanc el celler i els camps, ara s\u00ed que ten\u00edem la terra preparada per a regalar-nos una molt bona brotada, no tan primerenca com en 2020. Les pluges de maig, una mica m\u00e9s de 40 litres, van retardar lleugerament la floraci\u00f3. Com va oc\u00f3rrer en 2020, vam haver d\u2019estar damunt de la vinya tractant amb coure i sofre per a evitar problemes de m\u00edldiu i o\u00efdi.<br \/>\nEstiu amb temperatures moderades, 37 litres a principi de juny que van ajudar les plantes a portar millor els mesos de m\u00e9s calor. Verema m\u00e9s tardana que la 2020, l\u2019anunci de l\u2019arribada d\u2019altes temperatures ens va fer prendre la decisi\u00f3 de comen\u00e7ar amb el mand\u00f3 m\u00e9s fresc per a les prunes i les danses, i encara sort! Fruita fresca, molt fresca i molt bons PHS que no es van veure afectats pels tres dies d\u2019intensa calor on superem els 40\u00b0.<br \/>\nSemblava que eixos dies de calor marcarien la verema, per\u00f2 el cel ens tenia reservada aigua, molta aigua, quasi 50 litres a principis de setembre que van ser aigua bene\u00efda. Les plantes van poder treballar b\u00e9 durant unes setmanes fins que el cel es va tornar a obrir, m\u00e9s aigua que ens va fer treballar intensament en el camp, m\u00e9s selecci\u00f3 i graus m\u00e9s baixos que en 2020. La pluja va fer que tot es parara i la verema es va allargar fins al 13 d\u2019octubre, 66 dies despr\u00e9s de tallar uns pocs quilos de verdil que servirien com a peu de cuba per a arrancar la fermentaci\u00f3, entraven 4870 quilos d\u2019arcs en el dep\u00f2sit 10, amb un 40% de ram sencer, 12.2\u00b0 d\u2019alcohol probable i 3.5 de ph!<br \/>\nBlancs amb car\u00e0cter, frescor i bones acideses. Vins m\u00e9s pr\u00f2xims a l\u2019anyada 2019 encara que amb una mica m\u00e9s d\u2019estructura.
